The restaurant, with its fine indoor and outdoor terraces directly overlooking the lake, is known for its regional and creative cuisine, its well-stocked cellar with over 450 labels and the friendly professional courtesy of the young well qualified staff.

In summer the gazebo and tables outside, cleverly decorated with flowers and candles make for a cosy romantic atmosphere, special moments where style and taste are a byword.

Our philosophy is to be found in our quest for the finest raw materials, their transformation with absolute respect for its essence and integrity, following the finest of Piedmontese traditions while introducing at the same time our characteristic creativity. 

The bar is open all day with a vast selection of fine liqueurs and distillates, cocktails and traditionally brewed beers. Service on the beach.

At lunchtime a dedicated menu for quick snacks, salads and light lunches in the Italian tradition is available.
